Avocado For Weight Loss

Everyone knows that losing weight is not something easy to accomplish, you need the right requirements. Such as motivation and willing to make sacrifices.

My biggest difficulties while trying to lose weight are those two so you really need to put in your head I AM doing this because I want it and nothing else.

If we don’t do sacrifices doesn’t matter if you do exercise once a week because your amount of calories is still a superior number of the ones you lose on that single day that you do exercise!

The way you only going to lose weight is with the proper combination of regular exercise and a good a nutritional diet.

Weigh loss is not something you can do overnight, you have to give it time and work every day and you will feel better in no time.

You want a tip? Here it is, go to your kitchen and get rid of every snack you have! Don’t forget of your hidden places, everyone have one at least!

Now I know your fridge every juice, fizzy drinks, energy drinks just get rid of them as well, I know it’s difficult I’ve been there!

I’m not saying that you should stop eating at all! No nothing like that, if you like food as I do believe me I didn’t know what was proper food! Try to cook yourself a nice meal and enjoy it instead of doing a ready meal which in the end leaves you hungry and it was crap with no taste, It is quick but not worth it!

When I started my diet I wanted to do it properly that time and I done some research, and talked with some friends that were on a diet and one of them said If you like avocado so much why don’t you use it on your diet? At that time I was using the avocado for my skin and just eating when I wanted without a proper diet.

Did some more research and asked what everyone is asking, how could the avocado help me lose weight?.

Well none of the answers were lying around on Google, so my friend who is a nutritionist give me some advice after I asked her about the avocado.

She told me I should only eat about 2 to 3 slices a day.

They are great in the mornings by themselves or you can cut them in small pieces and join it to your cereals preferably Corn Flakes or integral cereals, on your toast they are a million recipes you can do, on your yogurt if you like Greek yogurt it’s perfect or even in pancakes they are delicious.

As I told you before you can use avocado oil as substitute for butter or other oils you have been using until Now.

When you compare the avocado with another fruits you will see that what makes them different is that the avocado has a low sugar content while other fruits are very high in sugar like apples, bananas, melon in between others.

One thing that you will see with time is that the avocado makes you full for longer and you know that feeling that you normally have to always have to nibble something will be gone.

And don’t forget to do regular exercise, they are so many things you can do these days! Normally every town has zumba classes they are fun, and its good to meet new people and get excited to go to the next class I know you don’t want to do any exercise in front of any other human (That was me!) but believe me you can be surprised how many people like you are around, but even if don’t want to go while not confident on yourself try programs at home like this one, click link https://55064roiy363z6weme5jxjqe-w.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=AVOCADOLIFE.

Avocado can also give you an energy boost before you exercise for is monounsaturated fat which will keep your metabolism active even after you stop exercising, and its way better than any pre-work supplements.

Eating the proper kind of foods can help you get to your goals faster.

Avocado Smoothies – For Weight Loss

So everyone has heard about smoothie and how good they are and healthy, they are the perfect thing if you are a juice

drinker, its easy to substitute your coke for a nice and rich smoothie, believe me! I was really skeptical about this as I was lazy to do anything to be honest.

So I heard about detox programs and all that and the first thing I’ve done was gonna the shop and buy vegetables and fruit and let me tell you it wasn’t that expensive than I thought, I came home and started to take some of my favorite ingredients and I thought how they would taste nice when mixed.

One thing is the first month will be difficult but get used to the routine, get up a little bit early do your smoothie instead of drinking coffee or tea and you will see that with time you actually enjoy doing it and feeling much better with yourself and have that energy that was always lost in the morning and throughout the day and losing weight at the same time.

The avocado smoothie is great because of his low sugar content and super high in fibers and folate.

And its flavor is really nice and always go well with other ingredients.

But if you really don’t have the time in the morning and would like to drink it anyway, don’t lose faith there are another options. You can buy sets of eight detox avocado based juices in here, start now before its too late!

  2. Lilly, Thanks for the info about avocado.  I grew up hating them.  I couldn’t stand to eat them.  I thought they were slimy and tasted bad. A couple years ago my daughters boyfriend made some fresh guacamole and absolutely insisted I try some.  Needless to say, I will eat avocados today.  I need to try some of those smoothies.  They sound really good.  I was wondering why you should only have 2 or 3 slices a day. Did your friend tell you why?

    Lynn

    1. Hi there Lynn, yes I absolutely love avocados!

My friend told me that they are as well very caloric and if you are on a diet you shouldn’t eat a whole avocado even if they are good fats.

      Thank you,

      Lily

  3. Hi Lilly,

Great site, i love avocados! But like you say, you can’t eat too many of them. I will have to try your smoothies, but i don’t drink milk, so it would have to be the coconut water instead. What do you think about using almond milk or flax milk instead?

I am wondering if you are using these smoothies alone, or with a diet plan including a meal? I would probably have enough with drinking the smoothies twice a day and one nice dinner. i have also mashed my avocado’s with some minced onion and garlic and spread that on toast!…yum!

Thank you for the great smoothies recipes, Lilly,

    To our weight loss!

    Chas

      I do drink a smoothie a day.
I like the sound of that toast I’m gonna try it and thanks to share with all of us!
      Thank You,
      Lily

  4. Hey there Liliana,

I absolutely love avocados! Firs of all, I really admire the taste of it, it is hard to explain but for me the taste of it is very smooth, clean and creamy if that makes sense, haha! Secondly, avocados are very beneficial and healthy for human’s body and are incredibly nutritious! They contain a lot of fiber and are loaded with heart-healthy fatty acids while also being rich in potasium and list goes on and on! It’s been almost a year since I’ve implemented avocados into my daily diet and I’m so happy I’ve decided to do so! However, I eat them raw and I’m getting kinda bored of consuming it that way, therefore I am happy that I’ve stumbled across Your article which presented me some great avocado smoothies recipes which honestly look to be very promising and delicious! Can’t wait to try them out! Thanks for the great article, I’ve found it to be helpful and enjoyable 😉 Keep up the great work.

  5. Hey Liliana,

I agree with you, Avocado For Weight Loss is one of the perfect solutions for weight loss used in combination with eating the right diet, and a good exercise routine.

What I like about avocadoes is the versatility and can be combined with so many foods and even peeling and eating right away, makes for a great snack.

You mention some very good ideas concerning getting rid of junk food and the sugary drinks. You are not going to lose weight eating donuts with that coke, instead blend up that health drink with an avocado.

Thanks for the information on avocadoes.
