Avocado & Banana Smoothie
So I always do it like this:
- 1/2 Avocado;
- 2 Bananas;
- An handful of Spinach;
- Half a lemon;
- 3 Spoons of Honey;
- A Cup of Milk .
I put all my ingredients inside of the blender and voila! Done and ready to drink!
Avocado & Blueberries Smoothie
This smoothie is just what you need is packed with fiber which is want we want to get rid of all the waste inside our bodies and very good to eliminate cellulite.
- A Cup of milk Or you can replace it with Coconut Water which always gives a nice flavor into it;
- 1 Table Spoon of Chia Seeds;
- A small bowl of Blueberries;
- A big bowl Of Spinach;
- Half an Avocado.
Put everything on the blender and blend it! You can’t go wrong with this one, is just full of vitamins and fibers it will be a nice addiction to your diet!
Avocado & Yogurt Smoothie
This recipe is for every person like me who doesn’t have much time in the morning because its so easy and quick and you don’t need to mess all the kitchen! Its made with products you normally have at home so don’t worry!
- 1/2 an Avocado;
- Table spoon of honey;
- A cup of milk;
- 1 Yogurt ( Can be fruity, I normally use Greek yogurt);
- You can add a fruit of your choice if you want.
